HART at www.hartstogether.org. For those interested in asssiting the homeless

This meeting is at Christ Community Church in Carmichael. However there are 9 HART meetings through out the County that meet at various times and locations. Check the website hartstogether to see which one is easiest for you to attend. These are all made up of local volunteers who want to help end homelessness in their local community. Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Folsom, Carmichael, Arden Arcade, South Sac, Midtown, and South Sac all have HART groups.
