Each week, I hold a themed class designed to help you slow down, reflect, and release combining Yin yoga, journaling, and nervous system regulation to guide you through a deeper journey of self-discovery. Through gentle Yin postures, heartfelt journaling prompts, and a soothing tapping-inspired practice, we’ll soften the weight of control, dissolve overwhelm, and invite trust back into your body and mind.
We’ll flow through slow, grounding Yin poses that melt tension in the hips and shoulders the places we store expectations and stress. Then, I’ll guide you through journaling questions like:
• Where am I holding on too tightly?
• What would it feel like to let go and trust the flow of life?
To close, we’ll share a calming 15-minute tapping sequence to quiet the nervous system, anchor your insights, and leave you feeling lighter, open-hearted, and supported.
Why I combine Yin, journaling, and tapping:
Emotions are not just thoughts they live in the body and energy field. Yin yoga gently opens the body and clears stagnant tension. Journaling gives your feelings a voice, helping you see what’s ready to shift. But when deep emotions rise, the body needs to feel safe. That’s why we end with tapping to regulate the nervous system, create a sense of safety, and reprogram old stress patterns. Together, these practices offer real integration where healing feels not just possible, but natural.
