What we're about
This is a group designed to deliver information on a wide variety of topics focused on ways increase our overall health and wellness, as we break down our barriers to advancing in our careers. Meetings will be every Wednesday, the subject of the meeting will be posted monthly, pick and choose what appeals to you. We will be addressing everything from your heath, energy, stamina and how it may be getting in the way of your success, and ways to improve it, to personal safety, brain heath, aging, and professional development, to name a few. I look forward to getting to know you, exploring your interests and needs.
