Where Are We Headed?

Meeting in the parking lot between Starbucks Coffee and Wells Fargo Bank, we will head to the Sunrise Boulevard River Access Point and then pick up the American River Parkway Trail near the 20.5-mile marker. Once there, we head upstream, going by the Nimbus Dam Fish Hatchery, crossing under the Hazel Avenue bridge, towards the Folsom area.

This is an out-and-back course and the distance and pace will be determined by the participants and their individual training plans.

Typically, someone is there at this location fifteen minutes before the listed starting time should you want to engage in some pre-workout stretching.
