ABOUT THE RESTAURANT:
In 2003, Chris Simms and his father Tom Simms opened the first Lazy Dog Restaurant in Huntington Beach, California. Focused on creative scratch cooking, gracious hospitality, and unrivaled value, they set out to offer an experience that treated guests to a variety of eclectic American dishes served in a warm, lively and contemporary rustic atmosphere.
Ingredients are sourced from places and farmers the owners love and respect. Each meal is made by hand each day, including all of the sauces, marinades and dressings. A seasonal menu is also available which celebrates Mother Nature's beautiful bounty.
