This will be a Post Mortem on a Discord bot that acted as a Lead Manager for a sales dialing team operating on a SaaS called CRMDialer. The talk with cover translating a PHP SDK using Python requests, cultivating an administrative toolset, extending those tools to the end user (the sales team) via a bot on Discord, and gradually fine tuning the balance of the User Experience to maximize dialing performance.
