The So Many Women...So Little Time meetup group is hosting a wonderful free community oriented meditation series and you are invited! If you want to learn some useful practices to stay healthy and happy and get through these times with a little more ease, then this event is for you. These events have been so successful that we now plan to continue on weekly with a variety of offerings of this nature! Let's find peace, together, weekly.

Francesca has offered to teach us new practices of pranayama (the regulation of the breath), meditation, & healing techniques for a few more weeks. She is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and wants to share her wisdom and passion with us to offer some extra support.

We will also do a group meditation together after the instructional time. We are planning to also have other members introduce us to and lead a variety of practices to assist us in living through this times with as much ease and grace as possible. This is a great way to bond with each other and make new friends as well.
