The word spirit comes from the Latin spīrāre, meaning to breathe. Across traditions, breath has been seen as the bridge between body, mind, and spirit.
Yet even outside of spiritual practice, breathwork offers powerful physiological benefits:

- Somatic awareness & gentle nervous system practices

- Occasional sound healing, cacao, or movement-based integration
- A welcoming, safe space for all experience levels
> Note: While breath is the core of our practice, we occasionally incorporate light movement — shaking, stretching, or flow — to help mobilize energy and deepen the impact of your breathwork experience.
