### Event Description

Join us for a guided community breathwork gathering at Freedom House, a serene indoor yoga studio, designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual reconnection.
We’ll begin with grounding, intention setting, and centering before entering a guided breathwork journey supported by pre-recorded audio. The music, pacing, and breath cues will come through the audio track, while Eric and Monica offer live guidance and energetic support throughout the experience.
For those wishing to deepen and internalize their journey, bringing a sleep mask is encouraged to help minimize distractions and turn inward more fully, and a journal to capture any insights.
This is a safe, sacred space for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or deep on your path, you’re welcome here.
