A lifelong learner of personal and professional development and deep healing. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis, Results coaching (personal and business), Mediation Facilitator and Regression Therapy.

Jo has been in the health & nutrition, wellness, healing, and spiritual arena for over 40 years and has been coaching for 35 of those. She uses all of years of life experience and spiritual connection to support her clients in transform all areas of their life.
She also works with frequencies to support deeper transformation and healing.

Jo specialises in empowering women who struggle with anxiety and overwhelm to guide them to reconnect to their soul self, so they can transform their life into one of power, passion and purpose, manifesting their absolute best life!
