This Sunday, we’ll come together to meditate and connect with something beautiful. We’ll experience “A Heart in Full Bloom,” a guided meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have a long practice, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

What we’ll do
- Welcome
- Check-in: space to share any meditations you have done with Dr. Joe Dispenza and what you noticed (sharing is optional).
- Set a personal intention
- “A Heart in Full Bloom” guided meditation (15 minutes)
- Quiet sitting: 3 to 5 minutes of silence to let the experience settle with soft music in the background.
- Open sharing circle: optional reflections, insights
- Closing: We may finish a little early if the space feels complete.
