What do you do when things fall apart?

Details
Divorce, failure, job loss, the death of a friend or loved one, a scary diagnosis or the loss of our youth. How can we keep moving forward day after day when things around us fall apart, and we're overwhelmed with sadness, listlessness, anxiety, or pain? The answer may be the opposite of what you'd expect.
This Sacred Circle discussion will be anchored in the teachings of Buddhist nun Pema Chodron, who suggests that moving toward painful situations and becoming intimate with them can open up our hearts and provide healing in ways we never imagined. If you’re in the midst of a challenging time, please join us for support, sisterhood, and the opportunity to ask for wisdom in the Circle.
This event is FREE.
