A 2.5-hour in-person workshop for women and men who want to understand their sexual energy as life force, in the bedroom and far beyond it.

Sexual energy has been suppressed, distorted, and misunderstood for a very long time. By religion. By culture. By an industry that turned it into either a spiritual performance or a mechanical technique.
But sexual energy is not just what happens in the bedroom. It is a life force, the same energy that moves through creativity, through passion, through the way you show up in your relationships, your work, your expression of yourself in the world.
When it's suppressed or distorted, you may feel it as numbness, as disconnection, as a quiet sense that something essential in you has gone offline. When it's alive, conscious, and connected to your heart, everything changes.
