Join us for a sacred evening of intuitive dance, gentle ritual, and nature-based sound healing.

✨ Evening Flow

🌀 7:00–7:30 PM — Arrival & Sharing Circle with Aromatherapy
We open with breath, intention, and grounding — supported by natural essential oils to awaken the senses.

💃 7:30–8:30 PM — Sacred Feminine Dance Practice
Embodied movement and intuitive flow — no choreography, just pure expression.

🎶 8:30–8:50 PM — Sound Healing Integration
A quiet moment to receive — with the gentle vibrations of rainstick, ocean drum, and shamanic rhythms.

🫖 8:50–9:00 PM — Closing with Herbal Tea
We finish with warmth, stillness, and a cup of tea — to land gently and return home nourished.

All women welcome.
This is a heart-centered space for movement, healing, and presence.

🧺 Please bring:

– Comfortable clothes for movement
– A yoga mat (if prefer your own)
– Optional layers for meditation
– Water bottle

– Drop-in: $35 per session (2 hours)
– Package: 4 weekly consecutive sessions for $120 ($30 each)

• Bring a new friend to the class and pay only $25 per person

The studio provides yoga mats, blankets, and pillows — no need to bring your own unless you prefer to. The flow will remain the same as before: sharing circle, sacred feminine dance, sound healing, and tea — now in a cozy indoor space.

Payment confirms your spot.
Please reserve no later than 24 hours before the gathering to allow for intentional preparation of the space.
