Reconnect with your body, breath, and feminine spirit — under the open sky, with the Earth beneath your feet.

Join us for a sacred evening of intuitive dance, gentle ritual, and nature-based sound healing.

✨ Evening Flow

🌀 7:00–7:30 PM — Arrival & Sharing Circle with Aromatherapy
We open with breath, intention, and grounding — supported by natural essential oils to awaken the senses.

💃 7:30–8:30 PM — Sacred Feminine Dance Practice
Embodied movement and intuitive flow — no choreography, just pure expression.

🎶 8:30–8:50 PM — Sound Healing Integration
A quiet moment to receive — with the gentle vibrations of rainstick, ocean drum, and shamanic rhythms.

🫖 8:50–9:00 PM — Closing with Herbal Tea
We finish with warmth, stillness, and a cup of tea — to land gently and return home nourished.

All women welcome.
This is a heart-centered space for movement, healing, and presence.

– Comfortable clothes for movement
– A yoga mat or blanket
– Optional layers (it may cool down after sunset)

—First-time participant trial session: $25
– Single session: $45
– 4-class package: $140 ($35 per session — save $40)

Please reserve no later than 24 hours before the gathering to allow for intentional preparation of the space.
