Sacred Dance & Healing

Workshop Sacred Dance & Healing with Jos Galdermans in ‘Solas Bhride’, Kildare on May 27 & 28 2023.

In this spacious and light hall of this beautiful centre, we will be dancing meditative circle dances on wonderful classical and world music.
I will put the emphasis on their wonderful healing capacities. Healing for ourselves, the others, the planet and all that surrounds us.
No special dance skills needed, everyone is very welcome to join in these (mostly) simple choregraphies.
After a large 'corona-break', here is finally your chance to join me in the dance and to experience the joy, the stillness, the energy and the togetherness that sacred dance can create!
Warm vegetarian lunch and coffee/tea are included on both days.
Price reduction is possible.
If you cannot join us on Sunday as well, you are welcome for just the Saturday (€ 70).
On both days we will dance from 10.30 AM - 5 PM
It would be wonderful if you could arrive at 10.00.
