Join Jen and Ninny Bird Rituals for our New Moon Cacao Circle Wednesday, November 19th from 6:30-8pm @theprismandpendulum in Escondido. This New Moon in Scorpio offers a powerful opportunity for introspection and profound change. It invites us to dive deep into our psyche, to explore and understand the more enigmatic aspects of our being. This special time offers a unique opportunity for profound introspection and renewal. it’s a time to turn inward, to explore the depths of our soul and unearth what lies beneath the surface. We will use our breath and embark on an internal meditation journey.

Guided Meditation with Tokeli (FREE)
The Prism and Pendulum, 156 W Grand Ave, Escondido, CA, US
Monthly Meditation Group with Tokeli: 3rd Thursday of the month at the Prism and Pendulum at 6pm.

Free to all and open to the public. No RSVP required. Please bring with you a mat and meditation cushion if possible! We also recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothing.

Tokeli is a channeler and psychic who fell down a flight of stairs, abruptly opening up her intuition and guidance. Tokeli channels Sun Bear, a Native American Group Soul, among others, who bring forward Guided Wisdom and unique guided meditation experiences. Tokeli has been teaching Meditation and Consciousness Studies for 8 years (always free and open to the community) and is also available for private readings.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early if possible. Thank you!

This free gong and crystal bowl sound bath offers an intentional space to ground, release, and relax before the holiday rush. Donations are appreciated, with 10% of proceeds benefiting the Cancer Research Institute.
