Joshua Tree Ecstatic Dance Official

Joshua Tree Ecstatic Dance (JTED) is the Hi Desert’s Monthly Ecstatic dance program in Joshua Tree, held every first Thursday night of each month from 6-8:30pm at The Sanctuary at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center. Normally this takes place at Noble Hall, but for April we will be directly next door in the building with the spire.

This is free form dance, no experience is necessary. Each class begins and ends with a variety of connectivity and mindfulness exercises, as well as intention setting to tune in with each other and with ourselves. There is often meditation, partner work, lots of sharing and connecting with our community. It’s a wonderful way to spend a Thursday night!

This class has a live DJ. For April's class we will have Paul Silva as our guest DJ!
Doors are open to everyone!
