Mystical Meno Moments is a monthly women’s support circle created for the very real, very strange, and often unspoken transitions of midlife. Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, this is a space to pause, exhale, laugh, learn, and feel supported—without judgment or fixing.

Hosted by Kate, each gathering offers grounded conversation, shared wisdom, and practical tools woven together with care and curiosity. Topics may include herbal support, nutrition, somatic work, meditation and visualization, expressive outlets, and plenty of time for open sharing in a supportive, confidential circle.
