These meditations are designed to help you remember WHO YOU ARE. They will enable you to navigate today's challenges by clearing your energy field, activating your light body and connecting you with your spirit helpers. We will also merge as a group to help shift the mass consciousness of the planet; working on a beautiful future vision of a world filled with love, peace and compassion as we move toward Ascension.

I have been offering free online shamanic drum healing for two years to help us navigate the challenges that we are facing...but now it is time to ask for a small exchange of energy.

When we exchange energy, you are showing the universe that you are willing to invest in yourself. That now is the time that you wish to accelerate your spiritual growth and to heal all wounds in preparation for your ascension. This also demonstrates that you are honouring my time and effort to bring this forward to you. If you are unable to donate, then there are other ways to offer gratitude.

How can you exchange energy? Several ways.
