This is a FREE Weekly Online Morning Meditation, from 7am till 7.30am (AEST) Tuesday mornings, from October 15th till December 17th 2024.

Suitable for beginners, those with experience and old hands with meditation and mindfulness.

If you are curious about meditation, or mindfulness, or, you're looking to have meditation as part of your morning, or weekly routine.
This is for you.

Committment?
There is no commitment. Or, if you prefer, there is full commitment to each week. It’s up to you and the demands on your time.

I have decades of experience in leading and facilitating meditations of all types. Most recently in the Personal development, Tantra and Shamanic spaces.

ABOUT
The Oneness Meditation has been passed down to me from Kenneth Ray Stubbs, upto his passing in November of 2023.

Initially I joined his weekly meditation group and discovered the benefits of the Oneness Meditation were much more than I anticpated.
During the first meditation, I was definitely aware of a shift, and afterwards I experienced a change in me that I wanted more of.
I felt ‘clearer’ on a daily basis.

After a few weeks of attending the meditation practice, I experienced a fresh new distance between the feelings and emotions that used to move through me so freely. Having experienced a lot of trauma in my early life, old emotions and feelings from those times have dominated my internal world for too long.

The clarity, the Oneness Meditation brings me, has enabled me to move forward in my life and decrease the impact of the old feelings and emotions. Nowadays I experience feelings moving through me quickly without the intensity I have been used to.
