5th World Laughter Playshop
May is world laughter month. Since 1998 it is a global Celebration of vibration based on the hypothesis that facial expressions can change emotions. Contagious laughter movements, and fun rhythmic sing-alongs fill the air with Joy. Healthy living in the moment and a practice for the future are great tools to DeStress with in these times.
Red clown noses are optional. Haha

-Our presenter is a certified music practitioner, instrument maker, Motivator and has been leading laughter circles for 20 years
Enjoy 75 minutes of laughter in the scenic, relaxed atmosphere of Sacred lands.
