We explore meditation, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and conscious living in a relaxed, down-to-earth way. Our sessions are designed for both complete beginners and those with an existing meditation practice.

### Our main gathering: Sacred Lounge
Our weekly Saturday session, Sacred Lounge, is a calm afternoon experience combining meditation, reflective discussion, music, and food. Many people come to relax, de-stress, and explore deeper questions about life — at their own pace.
You don’t need to be “spiritual,” flexible, or experienced. Just come as you are.
