This Sacred Lounge session explores emotions through the lens of yoga wisdom, offering practical tools to develop awareness, balance, and clarity in everyday life. Rather than suppressing or analysing emotions, yoga teaches how to observe, regulate, and respond with greater calm and insight.
In this session you’ll experience:
