In today’s world many people feel constantly busy, overstimulated, and mentally exhausted — yet still feel something is missing deep inside. This special Sacred Lounge evening is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and explore a deeper understanding of happiness through yoga, meditation, music, and reflection.

This week’s session will include:
🧘 Gentle beginner-friendly yoga
🌿 Breathwork & guided mantra meditation
🎶 Live ambient mantra music (kirtan)
💭 Insights & discussion on “The Science of Happiness”
✨ Calm candlelit atmosphere
🥗 Light vegetarian refreshments afterwards

No experience is needed at all. Many people come alone, and the atmosphere is always welcoming, relaxed, and beginner-friendly.
You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced in meditation to attend — this evening is simply a space to unwind, reflect, and experience something uplifting.
