Gather + Ground: Honoring the Wheel of the Year
As we draw near the spring equinox in the northern hemisphere, we’re invited to celebrate the energy of activation. First blooms are bursting from the earth, leaves are preparing to unfurl upon the tree branches, and the return of birdsong is a welcome sound during our walks.
Join me for a community gathering that honors the natural rhythms of life: birth, growth, release, and renewal.
Through meditation, yoga, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll explore how to steady ourselves during times of change and reconnect with the deeper cycles that hold us.
This is a beginner-friendly, full-spectrum workshop — an evening to celebrate, grieve, dream, and remember your place within the web of life.
