Hosting circles is deeply rewarding. Every circle has a center & as the host, you get to create that center & invite others to contribute to it. In this workshop, we will cover how to create a strong center & safe container. We will also get into the logistics of hosting circles including marketing, leadership roles / responsibilities, & how to actually get started. The different leadership roles we will cover include host, co-host, guardian, & facilitator. Not all of these roles must be filled or filled by different people, but getting more leaders involved will strengthen the safety & stability of your circle.

About the Circle Way:
Circle is a social art form. When we sit along straight edges at tables or desks, we struggle to communicate & understand one another. Many forms like these create separation & even hierarchy; circle welcomes us back together into one cohesive & united whole. Once you've taken your seat, you're there & a crucial piece to the whole.
