Join Soul Enlightenment Intuitive's Goddess Aja from the comfort of your own home in a sacred celebration of yourself that will amplify your self love ritual, meditation, and dance to the exotic of sounds Reggae! This Sacred Soul Movement In Meditation will focus on activating the Anahata Chakra to amply inner love for oneself while illuminating the God/Goddess within.

No prior dance experience is needed. ALL are welcome to join and express themselves in the privacy of their own home.
Feel free to wear green, the color of the heart chakra if you feel called to do so.

Do I need Formal Dance Training?
Of course not! It's always wonderful to find an activity that allows for self-expression and doesn't require any prior experience. Sacred Soul's Movement in Meditation is a spiritual anchor of manifestation and is an opportunity to connect with your mind, body, and soul.

Do I need to wear special clothing?
Absolutely not! Dress for comfort, movement and flow. If our Sacred Soul Movement In Meditation is based on a chakra, the color of that specific chakra is suggested but not required at all! Wear whatever you are comfy in.

Am I required to keep my camera on?
Only during the introduction. You may turn it off afterwards, if you choose. There will be a part of this event where you will be asked to share your love offering for yourself, and you may turn it on if you choose, or not. You are in the privacy of your home and sacred space and it's important that you feel relaxed and comfortable!
