Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath experience hosted by Betty “The Sound Fairy” and Brenda of "I AM of Light & Earth" inside the beautiful Atrium Room at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa.
During this immersive session, you will lie down comfortably while being guided into a meditative state through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments. These healing frequencies help calm the mind, relax the body, and support energetic balance and restoration.
This experience is designed to help you release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with inner peace in a peaceful and supportive environment.

After the sound bath, participants are welcome to soak in the resort’s natural mineral hot spring pools and continue the relaxation experience.

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket to stay warm
• Eye cover / eye mask
• Pillow (optional for extra comfort)
• Water

Comfort is important since you will be lying down during the sound bath.
