Welcome to weekly sound healing by donation. Please join me at the Center for Spiritual Living at 400 Franklin St. in Monterey for a 1 hour sound healing, brief talk on subjects like self-sabotage to clear your old habits, triggers and limiting beliefs using directed vocal sound healing, breath work and energy work. We will also do spiritual exercises and sing songs. Please betting a Pot Luck dish or other to share. We will devote about 1 hour to healing and 1 hour talking and getting to know each other.
