Center for Conscious Lives

The Center for Conscious Lives will present a 1 hour group with sound healing (vocal). There will be a brief presentation on a pattern, imbalance, habit or block. There will be spiritual exercises and group activities. This is a Spiritual Group and is in part channeled. We will sing songs do breathing exercises with imagery to clear what blocks us from the higher self and clearing ego. These will be held each Saturday (unless otherwise notified) from 10:30- 12:30. The final hour is for social time. Please bring a a pot luck dish. A $25 love donation suggested. These will be held in the Center for Spiritual Living located at 400 Franklin St. in Monterey.
