Step into a Sacred Soundscape for an evening of devotional group chanting—this is not about "singing" or hitting the right note, this is about a feeling we will invoke through guided vocal breath activations to awaken the vagus nerve and move us out of fight or flight and into deeper layers of rest and digest—calm, relaxation. Together we will raise our vibration with ancient mantras that have been used for centuries in devotional practices or Bhakti Yoga.
Vibrational Medicine Journey where ancient instruments, healing mantras, celestial melodies and group chanting all converge into one seamless evening of joy and bliss. Our healing events are not about hype or performance— they are portals into presence, peace, and pure connection.
We weave a journey that soothes the nervous system, awakens the heart and restores the spirit. Come as you are—allow yourself to be bathed in the frequencies that heal from the inside out. Leave feeling refreshed, uplifted and rejuvenated—with a renewed since of awareness for the next steps in your personal path.
What to expect:
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. We ask that you not arrive late because it disturbs the other participants. We lock the door when we begin.
Find a comfortable seat. We have floor cushions with back rests for comfortable floor seating. We also have yoga mats and blankets for laying down. Feel free to bring your own [your choice].
Enjoy the serene ambiance of JaiStar Studios. We use essential oils, incense, sage and palo santo for aromatherapy and to create sacred space. Please refrain from conversation to keep the space quiet for meditation and relaxation. Please refrain from using or wearing fragrance or perfume to class, thank you.
*WARNING: This is much more than a common "kirtan" experience.
