A day of advanced sound healing techniques to help you connect with your powerful inner healing intelligence, boost your immune system, explore sounds to access your divine essence - your deepest wisdom and knowledge, and share the healing sounds of singing bowls with a friend or partner.
I'm starting a new series of advanced sound healing workshops, guiding you on how to work with frequencies of sound to support accelerated healing, growth and transformation.
In the first workshop, we will focus on 3 main areas:

Working with healing sounds, you will explore the miracle of healing that is constantly working within your body. Your consciousness and inner healing intelligence guides your body's natural ability to heal itself. You will create sounds to connect with your inner healing intelligence and learn how to give your immune system a boost.

Explore how sound opens a portal to higher consciousness and enlightenment as you explore sounds to access your divine essence - your deepest wisdom and knowledge.

Learn how you can share the healing sounds of singing bowls with a friend or partner.
Who is this workshop for:
The focus will be on helping you to step up to a new higher level and take charge of your own healing, growth and transformation. This is quite an advanced day and I'm asking that people who come along will already be familiar with sound healing in one form or another.
To prepare, you might like to check out some free online sound healing tutorials that I have prepared - there are 6 short videos which will show you how to create healing sounds for yourself, using the free gift of your voice, and 1 inexpensive singing bowl. About your facilitator - Mildred Ryan
Sound has been my healer and teacher for many years.
My heart’s desire is to help you heal on heal on all levels, and find love, peace and happiness. I have been blessed with many opportunities over the years to train and run courses, assisting people to heal and expand their consciousness. It is an honour to share my work with you.
My passion in life is being close to nature and the ocean, having time to rest and ‘breathe’, dance, laugh and having fun with friends. I have a passionate love for all animals, especially my wonderful collie dog Bella. My vision is to empower people to expand and step forward into their full potential, creating the lives they want to live, full of Love, Joy, Peace, Harmony and Fulfillment.
