About us
Hello! We are Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness. We are a boutique wellness studio located at Lai Chi Kok in Hong Kong. We provide alternative therapy and allied health services including music therapy, forest therapy, creative arts therapy, guided imagery in music, mindfulness, and sound healing. Our vision is for a kinder more compassionate world where holistic wellness is accessible for all.
We are looking to establish and nurture our Sacred Space hui. In Hawai`i, hui means community. Through our events and gatherings, we aim to provide a safe space to explore mental health, learn and practice ways of emotional regulation, and enjoy each other's presence. All are welcome, come as you are, you are enough.
