Description: Identify conflict and blockages. Release and letting go of old grudges, conflict, control, lack of boundaries, toxic relationships and old beliefs. Setting intentions of what energy we are inviting in and new patterns and evolution. To build community connection and one’s own understanding of our true authenticity.

Includes: a guided elemental meditation journey. Meditation To Activate, energize the body, mind and spirit. Planting, rooting and grounding our energy to be present in the here and now.
