Description: Mindful walking is about being present in your body in the present moment and connecting with mind, body, spirit and nature. We will disconnect from technology as much as we can and talking to eachother as well. This is for self exploration, expression and expansion of consciousness. This is a restorative grasp of all our senses. There’s no rush just a steady walk and to explore, adventure or just be and see.

Grounding and integration with Mother Earth to trust your adventures ahead. Level up your energy, feel energetically charged and mentally clear. To enhance abundance, clarity, heightened awareness and enhancement of energy!
