***RADIANCE***Full Moon Cacao, Breathwork and Ecstatic Dance Journey

Join us this Full Moon in Scorpio for a magical evening of activation!

RADIANCE is a guided bliss journey that weaves breathwork, shaking, and ecstatic dance.

For this Full Moon in Scorpio, we will also invite the Spirit of Cacao to get us highly charged and help us to release whatever is holding us back from our truest and fullest expression.

Cacao is gentle yet powerful, especially in ceremony. She is a playful spirit and loves to synergize with breathwork, dance and music.

The FOUR PILLARS of RADIANCE are:

CEREMONY/CIRCLE: We always begin in a circle and end in a circle. We create a safe and judgment-free container for our fullest and most authentic expression. Everyone has a chance to share and be seen. When we are safe to be who we are, it invites the magic and healing to happen.

BREATHWORK: Our breath serves as the bridge between the physical and ethereal. Through conscious rhythmic breath, we can access what lies beneath the surface and transmute what is ready to shift. Aside from numerous health benefits, breathwork can also naturally get you high!

SHAKING: When we shake, we are naturally releasing stuck and stagnant energy and transforming it back to life force. This is an intuitive and primal practice to reset all your systems and come back to homeostasis. Usually we do one round of shaking lasting one song (3-6 minutes).

ECSTATIC DANCE: By dancing with no rules (being mindful of other dancers), you are tuning back into your moment to moment flow. Giving whatever is inside an outward expression. This can be radically liberating when we have been conditioned to look externally for guidance.

To take advantage of the full moon energy, we will do 3 rounds of activating breathwork to get our kundalini energy flowing. The breathwork helps activate the Cacao, and will move dense energies that are no longer serving us, so they can be transformed during the shaking and dance.

7:44-8:11--Arrive, get settled
8:11-9:33--Opening Circle and Cacao Ceremony
9:33-10pm--3 rounds guided breathwork
10-10:05--Shaking
10:05-11:33 Ecstatic Dance
11:33 Final Savasana and short grounding breathwork with Sound Healing
11:44 Closing Circle

The music is curated and edited by Tesla Wild. Armed with an eclectic playlist, she has a penchant for psychedelic and tribal bass, hip hop, eastern inspired beats, and likes to spice it up with electro-swing, dubstep, dnb, balkan and more.

To honour the dance process, please keep conversation off the dance floor. Primal sounds and howling at the moon are ok! There will be a chill space set up with cushions, where you can talk quietly or go to the hallway.

This is an alcohol, phone-free and shoes off space. Presence is valued. If you need to check your phone, you can slip into the hallway.

You do not have to commit to the whole journey, although it is recommended you stay till the end for maximum benefit. If you need to leave early, the best time is during the dance.

Since we will be dancing indoors, deodorant is encouraged, and please avoid fragrances.

What to bring: Yoga mat or cushion (we'll be seated for the breathwork), waterbottle, whatever you need to be comfortable (blanket, eye pillow, earplugs, etc.)
