What better time to lay down the burden of our ancestral lineage and claim the gifts handed down ....

“And the sins of the fathers shall be visited upon the sons” \~ this is actually a misquote from the Bible, but one that we have held as a truth and have embodied. We carry the beliefs and patterns of our parents and our parents’ parents, back through many generations. How much of what you believe to be your own thoughts, beliefs and desires are actually your own; and how many have originated as original ideas from within your Being?

Ancestral Healing is a powerful shamanic technique for releasing these ties that bind us to the past and to other people’s stuff. In this one day event you will be taken through the process of connecting to your own ancestors, supported in releasing these ties and you will support others through the same process and learn about the technique.

Held in Prestwick, Scotland

On Sunday 9th June 2024

between 10.30am till 5:30pm

The fee for the day is £110

(or £95 if paid at least one week in advance )

You will help create a sacred space in which you can relax, open, heal, reclaim and support others to do the same. You will be fully honoured & there will be no pressure to participate.

‘Tantra’ is about connection and it is about being total and present with what is.

The day will be lovingly facilitated by Gillian Alexander:

Gillian has been facilitating training for more than 35 years. She has facilitated the Sacred Heart Tantra Group meetings, events and organisation in Scotland since she set it up early in 2009. Her background is mainly in science and research, in health service facilitation and management and as a shaman, masseuse and Dakini. She is an artful solution finder, motivator and inspirer of others, leading by example in living in her passion and embodying her power and with a deep connection to all life.

“The last exercise in the second workshop was a wonderful, sharing experience. It always amazes me how much I can do in your Playshops – I never feel that I can’t do something; always feel, oh that sounds interesting. To be massaging other people’s bellies was something I had never considered, but it was so wonderful to do. I felt such a deep love when doing it for both my female and male partners – also a sense of serving and respecting. I had my belly anointed and felt so honoured.

You mentioned that you were simply going with the flow of the words and energy of the group. That must take a fair bit of courage and I really do respect you for doing that – you gave us our voices and the space and support to use them and be heard.

When I saw that the afternoon Playshop would include men, my first thought was that I would leave after the morning session. The afternoon session was much more challenging for me but I am so glad that I stayed for it – it was a very powerful experience and I thank you.

"I wanted to say thank you for the playshop on Sunday. I had never attended anything like this before and was incredibly nervous beforehand. That nervous feeling disappeared almost as soon as I entered the room and I think that was down to the positive energy, both from you and the others present.

Everything I did that day was new to me but the environment that you created made it a very safe and secure place to gain new experiences. I felt able to explore myself in the company of very warm, accepting people. I really appreciated the fact that there was no compulsion to share if that would make me feel uncomfortable.

The atmosphere was amazing and the music was so suited to the different aspects of the day. I enjoyed all the different exercises and found that I was being stretched to think about me and my relationship to other people and to the Earth.

The circle at the end of the day was truly wonderful with everyone being honoured by the group in the way that they choose. I found it took me some courage to ask, but being so beautifully hugged by the entire group was an experience I will never forget – I can still feel it almost a week later.
