Sacred Voice Liberation (SVL) is an animist, somatic, and play-based approach to the voice as the muscle of the soul. We’re rewriting the story that the voice is something that must be pleasing and palatable for others by recovering our soul's inimitable resonance and singing and sounding for no one’s pleasure but our own.
In this voice work we’re not trying to control the voice into sounding a certain way. Nor are we trying to extract wisdom or power from it as if it's a commodity. We are stepping into a new sovereign relationship of intimacy and stewardship with your voice as a living being in it's own right through embodied play, presence, somatic surrender and radical permission.
SVL is a direct pathway to shamelessly embodying your fullest, most authentic expression. To becoming an open channel through which your soul can freely express and serve the gifts only you can serve. It's a sanctuary for the liberatory magic of play, pleasure and radical permission. A resurrection of the radical range of human sound, it’s connection to the sacred, unseen, and subconscious realms and our capacity to heal and alchemize through being an open channel.

Shamelessly Me: Voice + Womb Group Journey
Wild Roots Medicine On the Creek, 401 N. Water St., Silverton, OR, USJoin our intimate coven on a 7 month playful pilgrimage to reclaim the voice and womb channel and embody your soul’s most authentic expression. This journey is all about expanding your capacity to shamelessly express all parts of your Self in all areas of our life through the healing magic of kindred community.
Through somatic voice and movement, expressive play, council, nervous system regulation, embodied meditation, womb work and relational intimacy practices we will co-create a brave space of radical inclusivity where we can unravel the shame that was never ours to hold, reclaim the innate healers of the voice and womb and become unapologetically free. On this pilgrimage, our vision is to become a wide open channel through which our soul can express and serve the gift that we are.
We'll meet twice a month, once in person and once virtually over the course of 7 months starting on Thursday Oct. 16th. Our time together will include intimate coven support through a WhatsApp chat to share, be held and connect in between sessions.
