Enjoy harmonious sounds as you go into a deep state of peaceful relaxation, whilst the therapeutic frequencies nurture you mind, body and soul bringing you back into a state of harmony and health.

It is also a wonderful rare opportunity to listen to the cosmic sounds of the hang pan. These instruments are very unusual. We will also be using tuning forks, singing bowls, rattles and shamanic drums. If you have a drum or rattle you are welcome to bring it with you.

The subtle energy centres of the chakras will benefit from these vocal and musical sounds, helping to release any blockages, whilst realigning and restoring you to the natural flow of optimum health frequency.

We ask participants to wear comfortable clothes and bring yoga mats/blankets/pillows as you may wish to lay down. You can also sit in a chair if you prefer.

Light, healthy refreshments will be provided after.
