Join sacred partners Jonathan & Sasha Nova for a 3-hour experiential workshop that blends massage, movement, breath, and energy work — all designed to bring you and your partner into profound connection through the art of giving and receiving.

Rooted in their signature Embodied Connection Method, this workshop is more than a massage class — it’s a playful, safe, and sacred container to explore intimacy through mindful touch, presence, and nervous system awareness.

💠 In this workshop, you’ll explore how to:

• Release tension in each other’s bodies through guided massage (Thai Yoga-inspired)
• Create flow by understanding how energy moves and gets blocked in the body
• Deepen presence and sensitivity using breath, sound, and intention
• Communicate through touch and listen through the body
• Hold space as a loving, compassionate witness — and be held in return

Whether you're new to touch practices or already familiar with somatic work, you'll walk away with tools to support your relationship — and a shared experience that brings more safety, pleasure, and connection to your union.
