Women's Group

Sacred Roots is happy to announce a forming women’s group offering for community members.

Women of all ages (18+) and backgrounds are invited to join in a conversation grounded in trust, vulnerability and community to explore our life’s experience through our own stories and those of our sisters. We will gather to co-create a container offering support and accountability for one another, providing a safe space to lean into showing up with integrity in our own lives.

The group focus will be formulated around getting more in contact with our authentic Self and one another more deeply. We will also learn ways to connect more deeply into ritual based in Nature and indigenous traditions in order to support us in developing right relationship to Nature and Self, as well, we will explore somatic work to help us learn to connect more deeply with our own bodies and take control of our subjective experience of life.

This group is for those on a spiritual and personal discovery path on any level.
All people who identify as a woman and of any age above 16 are invited.
This group will initially be open to anyone and will eventually include a closed group option for those who want to go deeper together.
