Join us every other Thursday for a unique, experiential series that explores the meditative practices found within the mystical wings of the world’s great spiritual traditions. Each session combines guided meditation, gentle somatic practice, and group reflection to help participants cultivate awareness, compassion, and embodied presence.

Through this series, we’ll look at how different traditions and teachers approach the meditative path—how each opens the heart, stills the mind, and reunites body and spirit.

What to Expect

Rotating Themes: Each session centers on a different spiritual or emotional lens—such as “How Christians Meditate,” “How Taoists Meditate,” “How Sex Meditates,” and more.

Mystical Traditions: Explore the contemplative and mystical practices of:

Christianity – Contemplative Prayer and Prayer of Silence

Taoism – Wu Wei and natural flow

Hinduism – Mantra, Dhyana, and Pranayama

Buddhism – Vipassana, Tonglen, and Mindfulness

Influential Teachers: Learn from the wisdom of figures such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Chögyam Trungpa, Pema Chödrön, and other renowned contemplative guides.

Emotions as Teachers: Later sessions explore how emotions like fear, anger, grief, and love can be met and transformed through meditation.

Somatic Integration: Each session includes a related somatic exercise—a movement, breath, or grounding practice—rooted in the theme of that evening’s meditation.
