Jennylee is a Breathwork Practitioner Trainer and author living on Awabakal Country,
Newcastle NSW, Australia.
Jennylee’s vision is to live in a world where every individual lives from a place of authenticity, internal certainty, and a sense of responsibility for their own part in the bigger framework of the world.
Jennylee has spent the last few years sitting with Elders in womens circles around the sacred fire, supporting women to reclaim the power within.

Jennylee is the author of Becoming Whole: Soul Part Return through
Breathwork which invites the reader into the world of going beyond what the conscious mind knows about themselves into the realm of body and breath intelligence and what the two combined can teach us about reclaiming our once lost soul parts.
She is the creator of the Nature’s Way Breathwork Practitioner Training (endorsed by the Australian Breathwork Association) and Becoming Whole: A Breathwork journey back to the soul.

Jennylee is an adventurer at heart, a motorcyclist and multiday self supported hiker.She created Women with Spirit specifically to empower and bring women closer to their true nature through multiday hikes and connection to country. She is currently a professional member of the Australian Breathwork Association (ABA) and International Breathwork Foundation (IBF), and Global Professional Breathwork Association (GPBA).
Jennylee was also Secretary of the ABA for 5 years, 2016 – 2021 is an Emotional and Energetic Empowerment Coach. The creator of “Empower You” and “Finding You – Time” Programs
and Manifestation Mastermind Membership program. A Co- author in the book series “A Journey to Riches The gift in Challenges” and a speaker.
A lifelong learner of personal and professional development and deep healing. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis, Results coaching (personal and business), Mediation Facilitator and Regression Therapy.
