Enjoy trying other people's delicious food and learning more about the nutritious benefits of eating healthy. There are many wonderful speakers, DVD's and books that have been very educational.
The big plus for living, being, eating plant-based is the way one feels. Have as much energy as a person half of my age is one benefit of being vegan. The other is just feeling darn good all of the time and having people say how well I look.
Traveling, exercising - bicycling and swimming, and gardening, and definitely COOKING VEGAN - trying to modify recipes using no oil - low fat.
