In our small groups, we value honesty, confidentiality, validation, active listening, and personal responsibility. It's a safe space where we can speak truthfully, support one another, and focus on personal growth rather than trying to change others.

Drawing inspiration from Ephesians 4:25-30, we strive to live out the principles of speaking truth, managing our emotions, using uplifting speech, and cultivating kindness and forgiveness.
