.NET@Noon: MAUI: Architecture and Best Practices
Details
This talk is designed to teach people how to best utilize MAUI and set up their project structure so that they can effectively manage a large mobile codebase. This talk will encompass some MAUI basics (xaml, converters, components, etc) so that you get an idea of how MAUI works. The majority of it will be about structuring those projects to mitigate dependencies and create a reliable framework that can scale while allowing you to have as much test coverage as possible (this includes both unit and UI tests). We also loosely cover SOLID topics and explain, how by setting up this structure, you can follow those principles more easily. Lastly, we will talk how this approach can help harnesses create code that follows best practices for MAUI.
