It's awesome to see how us as an industry has matured over a period of last couple of years in embarcing Agile values and principles. Thanks to Scrum, and a lot of Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches for that matter as its advocates who have done that ground-work of cultuvating Agile mindset across IT as an industry.
It's time to now think bigger, and wider, and take Agility to level(s) up. May be bottom-up by seeding the members from your existing Scrum teams, or top-down by adopting enterprise-wide Scaled Agile framework, or a blend of both.
If you have done enough of team-level agility using Scrum and Kanban, have reached that plateau that you struggle to scale or do not seem to figure out how to scale, you're welcome to join this group where we explore and learn the ways of scaling Agility beyond one team to a couple of teams, program, portfolio, and an enterprise.
SAFe Scaled Agile Framework is a dominant framework for the purpose hence the name of the group to exude that vibe of "Scaling agile".
We will endeavour to run free awareness sessions every fortnight possibly by inviting industry thought leaders to speak at the meetup. We will also consider running the official Scaled Agile certification trainings at discounted prices for the group, if possible.
