Agilists love to throw around these goals because we’ve seen the power of these ideas in action when they’re applied effectively. The challenge is that each of them represents a deep culture change for a company, and there’s no playbook for the “right” way to accomplish these outcomes. However, leaders can use an outside-in perspective to guide iterative changes from the inside-out. Through this work, they grow the capability for real business agility across the organization.
