What we’re about
To help participants nurture and create a comfortable, trustworthy and safe emotional space to connect with other men, while sharing vulnerabilities about themselves. Men of all ages welcome. We will aim to meet monthly, each time at a different park in Melbourne to practice being more present in the moment, authentic within our self, while challenging our ability to break the ice with others in attendance. We will practice connecting in a deeper way. This group will help reinforce the benefit of showing vulnerability with strangers, while staying authentic to ourselves. This group is led by a (Biracial) licensed and registered Mental Health Counsellor.

This will provide another great opportunity to practice being more present in the moment, authentic within ourself, while challenging our ability to break the ice with others in attendance. Let's continue practicing connecting in a deeper way with new people we meet. This group will help reinforce the benefit of showing vulnerability with others, while staying authentic to ourselves. Sunday's group will have two co-leads, Walter (Mental Health Counsellor), and Ra'id (His friend and another mens group organizer).
Looking forward to seeing you there.
(message me thru meetup if needed)
